Chiropractic

Chiropractic is a "whole person approach" to wellness which means looking for underlying causes of interference in the nervous system’s natural ability to provide clear & concise communication from brain to body and back.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy can help with stress management and relaxation, circulation, lymphatic drainage, muscle tension, range of motion, and sleep quality.⠀

Acupuncture

Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin needles at specific points on the body. Acupuncture has been shown to decrease pain and markers of inflammation while additionally downregulating the sympathetic nervous system.

Herbalist/Holistic Wellness Coaching

Awaken, restore, and empower your mind, body, and spirit through a harmonious blend of herbal education, nervous system regulation techniques, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, the art of ritual, and guided self-inquiry.

Kerrie first became interested in bodywork after a car accident left her experiencing chronic pain and tension in her late teens. She enrolled at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon in 2019 and became licensed to practice massage therapy in the state of Oregon in 2021. After a decade in Portland, Kerrie became a certified massage therapist in California and returned to her hometown of Oakland to continue her practice and spend time with family.

Kerrie considers her massage practice to be vocational and prioritizes nervous system regulation with the intention of reducing both anxiety and physical discomfort. She values autonomy, informed consent, and patient input and favors myofascial work as well as Swedish and deep tissue techniques.

When she’s not practicing massage, Kerrie can be found hiking the Berkeley Fire Trails, drawing, or attempting to cook a vegan meal for friends and family without first looking at a recipe.
